Tonight has shown that our guild is getting larger and more active.  Tonight we had 15 on at once and held probably and average of 11 during primetime.  Hopefully we'll increase those numbers to around 40 sustained through primetime.  My goal is to make it so that we can go out and own the crap out of destruction.  However, my goal is not to be a zerg, but a well organized group of pvp'rs.  This can only happen if I get everyone in vent.  So that is my priority this week. 

 I will be looking to add 2 more people to the IC to help me with running the guild.  They will be people that play nightly and are active at forming groups and are helpful to other players.  I will be demoting IC that fall out of this catagory and become even slightly inactive or abuse their position.  The IC position is one that is earned, not entitled.  I'd like to thank Hughes tonight for helping me form the second group.  His effort tonight is an example of what I'm looking for in an IC.

Ssly has stepped down as GM and I have taken over.  My goal will be to figure out how to make this game a little more interesting post 31.  I am not playing WoW again.  Been there done that.  The new items in WoW are cool looking and everything, but that's about it.  Same old same old WoW...

 So I'm going to spend a lot of time this week trying to recruit a lot of new players into the guild to try to get a larger base of players.  In the past I've noticed that the more players you have in the guild the more you can do.  However I will also be actively kicking trouble makers, people who suck, and just can't follow instructions.

I would also like to thank Drexx for the help with the website and Angelmar for his time collecting information for the site from everyone.  Good job.

So one thing I'd like to start doing is posting screenshots of our nightly action.  Because last night we had a group that was just dominating.  I'd never seen a group take on Kaine's Wraith and limit the other side to 4 points.  That's just unheard from my experience.
